This is a manual for teaching ecology in the schoolyard (EEPE, from the Spanish), a teaching approach that focuses on the natural sciences, particularly ecology, but whose scope could extend to the social sciences and other subjects on the school syllabus. It seeks to unite school teachers, researchers and scientists across Latin America in the development of an innovative approach to the challenges associated with imparting a comprehensive set of knowledge and skills to students.
